WHY CIRCUIT TRAINING IS A MUST!

I am sure that anyone who works out regularly has done a circuit training in their workout routines. Still for the uninitiated, I will explain that circuit training is when you go through a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups without resting in between. The resulting workout is part strength training and part cardio which makes the workout extremely effective.

In the video, I have tried to give viewers a sample of just some of the exercises that can be done during a circuit training.

The next question that will be raised is why is a circuit training necessary? One of the many benefits of circuit training is that an effective full body workout can be done, even if you have only 15 minutes of time.

Circuit training challenges your whole body and sends your metabolism soaring. For those who did not comprehend the exercises shown in the video, I have photos of some of the exercises shown in it.

For an ideal circuit training, it is necessary to do 10-20 repetitions of each exercise ranging between 30 seconds to 2 minutes before moving on to the next exercise. However, circuit training can be done as per the time available and convenience.

I personally love to do circuit training and I recommend it wholeheartedly as a wonderful full-body workout.

I will endeavour to keep providing everyone with fitness tools and tips that do not involve complex gadgets and can be used on a regular basis.

So that everyone can avail of my trainer’s expertise, I am providing everyone with his contact information as under:
