MY REVIEW: The author Subrat Saurabh ensured that I get a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.

The story is told in the first person by Abhimanyu, a.k.a. Abhi. It begins with Abhi arriving at his engineering college as an alumni and a famous author, as a guest and a speaker in the Induction programme.

Arriving at and then wandering around the college premises leads Abhi to think about his past and reminisce about his relationship with Naina. The story is gripping and interesting as we read about how Abhi gets admission in an engineering college, meets Naina and finds himself drawn to her.

This book will certainly appeal to people who have studied in hostels during their school and college days. In any case it certainly makes the reader nostalgic about school and college events and childhood loves and crushes.

Abhi and Naina become friends and Abhi is ready and willing to take their relationship forward and to the next level. However, Naina insists that they remain friends as she does not believe in love before marriage.

Abhi and Naina support and guide each other through various crises throughout their college life but Naina remains resolute that they are just friends.

Now since I cannot give away the plot, I would ask readers to read the story to find out if there is a happy ending in store for Abhi and Naina.

I am a voracious reader and am always in the middle of a book. I am also obsessed with coffee, makeup, skincare and fitness, though not necessarily in that order!
