MY REVIEW: The author Karan Sharma ensured that I get a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.

Gautam is a handsome twenty five year old working in a multinational bank. He finds himself drawn to Roshni, one of his seniors working in the same bank. Gautam and Roshni meet several times and find themselves attracted to each other. There is only one problem: Roshni is considerably older than Gautam, in fact she is twelve years older than him.

Definitely both Gautam and Roshni have doubts about their relationship and whether it will last the course of time. Both of their friends try to make them see the negative aspects of their romance. How will Gautam’s family react when they find out about their age difference?

Will their love story have a happy ending? Will their love overcome all the practical difficulties their relationship is bound to face? The reader will have to read the book to find that out.

The author has chosen an unusual but extremely relevant topic for today’s times as such type of May-December relationships are taking place more frequently than before.

Sometimes It Happens is recommended as a modern and unusual love story that will appeal to lovers of romance novels.

I am a voracious reader and am always in the middle of a book. I am also obsessed with coffee, makeup, skincare and fitness, though not necessarily in that order!
