Anyone who works out regularly must have observed that sometimes monotony sets in and it becomes necessary to incorporate some variety in the regular workout routine.

One such way of getting an effective workout is by using loop bands.

In the video, I have tried to give viewers a sample of just some of the exercises that can be done using loop bands.

Loop bands are inexpensive and can be purchased online as well. They come in a variety of resistances like light, medium and heavy. They are compact and light and can be carried anywhere, including when one is travelling.

Loop bands can be used by beginners or people who are advanced in their workouts. They can be used for glut activation as well as for adding resistance in a bodyweight workout.

For those who did not comprehend the exercises shown in the video, I have photos of some of the exercises shown in it.

I certainly enjoy using loop bands in my workout routines as I find them highly effective as well as fun to use.
