Genre: Romance Fiction
Published by: Kalamos Literary Services
Number of pages: 245 pages
My Rating: 3/5
MY REVIEW: The author Vansh Arora provided me with a copy of his book in exchange for an honest review.
The story is about two people, Manav and Aditi who meet when they are in school. They are totally opposite personality wise but still they become good friends and eventually fall in love.
But college takes them apart from each other. Manav and Aditi try to maintain their friendship but circumstances and new friends keep them apart.
There is also a supernatural element in the book. Apart from circumstances, these other forces are also keeping Manav and Aditi apart.
I recommend this book to readers who enjoy reading romance fiction especially those who like a bit of the supernatural thrown into the story.

Number of pages: 213 pages
My Rating: 4/5
MY REVIEW: The author Santhosh Sivaraj sent me a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
It is very difficult for me to review this book without giving away the plot, but I will try to do so.
The book is divided into six separate stories with a common theme. A young man’s quest to make a perfect pizza, a love story that goes sour, a young husband and father who is too busy to give time to his family, an old man who has a talent for storytelling and a promising young tennis player, are skilfully brought together in the final story in the book.
What is the message conveyed by the book? The reader needs to read the book to find out. I recommend this book as interesting and inspiring. A simple message has been beautifully conveyed by the author through the stories in the book.

Book: Where Three Empires Meet
Author: E.F. Knight
Genre: Non-fiction, Travelogue
Published by: Rupa Publications
Number of pages: 368 pages
My Rating: 3.5/5
MY REVIEW: The publishers Rupa Publications provided me with a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
This book made a refreshing change from my recent reads as it is a travelogue. It is about a journey made by the author in the year 1891 to the remote (at that time) regions of Ladakh, Tibet and beyond.
The first thing that needs to be kept in mind while reading this book is that it is about a journey that took place about 127 years ago. At that time, life was much slower and people travelled at a leisurely pace. It does take some mental adjustment to keep reading about the “Empire” and the “natives”!
The author has vividly described the regions visited as well as given fascinating descriptions about the local populations as well as certain peculiar local customs.
I recommend this book to readers who are fond of reading travelogues and history. The book also has photographs taken by the author. The only thing that might put readers off is the length of the book, i.e. 368 pages.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR: E.F. Knight was a barrister who gave up his profession to be a journalist.
Anyone who works out regularly must have observed that sometimes monotony sets in and it becomes necessary to incorporate some variety in the regular workout routine.
One such way of getting an effective workout is by using loop bands.
In the video, I have tried to give viewers a sample of just some of the exercises that can be done using loop bands.
Loop bands are inexpensive and can be purchased online as well. They come in a variety of resistances like light, medium and heavy. They are compact and light and can be carried anywhere, including when one is travelling.
Loop bands can be used by beginners or people who are advanced in their workouts. They can be used for glut activation as well as for adding resistance in a bodyweight workout.
For those who did not comprehend the exercises shown in the video, I have photos of some of the exercises shown in it.
I certainly enjoy using loop bands in my workout routines as I find them highly effective as well as fun to use.
I will endeavour to keep providing everyone with fitness tools and tips that do not involve complex gadgets and can be used on a regular basis.

The story begins with Maitreyi coming home for her vacation. On the flight home, she encounters a mysterious stranger with hypnotic eyes.
Back home, she meets up with her best friend Aditi and accompanies her to an exhibit at the museum where Aditi is interning.
There, Maitreyi and Aditi meet many people like Aditi’s senior Archana Ma’am, Professor Dixit, the seductive Mrs. Shiela and the mysterious stranger from the plane who turns out to be Mr. Seth. The highlight of the exhibit is a rare sculpture of a warrior princess.
The next day when Maitreyi and Aditi return to the museum, the sculpture is stolen and then the action begins. Maitreyi discovers a miniature of the stolen sculpture which turns out to have supernatural powers.
This miniature takes Maitreyi and Aditi on an adventure. Of course the question remains as to whether they are able to recover the stolen sculpture. The reader needs to read the book to find out.
I recommend this book to readers as fairly engaging and interesting.

Product: Organic Spirulina
Manufacturer: E.I.D. Parry
Quantity: Available in 200 grams
Price: Rs. 475 for 120 tablets of 500 mg each
My Rating: 5/5
I have been using Organic Spirulina Tablets manufactured by Parry since the last month now and I would like to post about the advantages of the product.
The recommended dose for the tablets is 4 tablets a day, after meals. I have been taking two tablets after lunch and two tablets after dinner.
These tablets contain Spirulina and help in improving our metabolism and bone density. They also improve our stamina and help in reducing fatigue.
I do happen to have an activity filled routine and I have observed that my overall energy levels have been boosted after I started taking these tablets along with the protein powder after my workouts.
What is the best thing about the tablets according to me, is that they are completely organic and vegetarian as well as vegan. The product is available on Amazon and is certainly good value for money.
I highly recommend this product to one and all as a healthy, organic, natural and safe supplement!
