Product: Hair nutrient with egg oil   tempImageForSave

Manufacturer: Eyova

Quantity: Available in 50 ml

Price: Rs. 590 for 50 ml

My Rating: 4/5

Today I will be posting about an interesting product that I have started using: a hair nutrient with egg oil manufactured by Eyova.

I examined the ingredients of the product and was impressed to learn that each bottle of Eyova contains egg oil that has been extracted from more than 20 eggs using cold press technology.

I have been using this product since a couple of week in accordance with the instructions given, i.e. I massage Eyova hair nutrient on the scalp and leave it on for a minimum of 3 hours and then shampoo my hair.

What are the benefits that I have observed from using this hair nutrient? There has definitely been an improvement in the quality of my hair. The product is also said to prevent hair loss, dandruff and greying and help in hair growth.

Of course I will be able to ascertain that only after I have used this hair nutrient for some months.

I did find this product to be useful. For those people, who do not like the smell of eggs, I will reassure you that the product has a pleasing fragrance and definitely does not smell of egg! I do think that price-wise it is on the higher side but as far as quality is concerned, I definitely recommend this to everyone!

Eyova Hair Nutrient with Egg Oil is available on both Amazon and Flipkart.

Book: Spirit Child                                       Spirit Child

Author: Saumya Arora

Genre: Fantasy Fiction

Published by: Maple Press

Number of pages: 172 pages (E-book)

My Rating: 3.5/5

BOOK SUMMARY: Faila is a young girl who is unaware of her legacies and powers but upon knowing them, tries to save her empire.

MY REVIEW: I read an e-book of “Spirit Child” by Saumya Arora sent by The Book Planet PR in exchange for an honest review.

The story begins with Faeria being under attack by the daevils and Faernir fleeing the city and taking shelter in the house of a young woman.  In time, he has a daughter Faila but Faernir and his wife are killed when she is an infant.

Faila grows up not knowing that she is the heir to the kingdom of Faeria. She is completely unaware of her powers. When she is fifteen years old, she is duped by a faer turned daevil and taken unawares to Andhkaara, the leader of the devils. On the way, she learns that the faers have many powers and abilities like shapeshifting, thoughtseeking and spellsinging.

Faila is told by Andhkaara that he wants her to bear him an heir so that he can rule over Faeria. Of course Faeria refuses to comply and is held as a prisoner by the daevils.

Faila is rescued by Faerswon, her father’s old friend. He then helps her on her quest to regain her empire and helps her by training her to develop her abilities. They gather many allies in their journey but are constantly in danger from the daevils.

Many people stay loyal to Faila and many people turn against her. In their attempts to regain the kingdom of Faeria, they suffer the loss of many loved ones. Faila also falls in love but she is thought to be too young to be in a romantic relationship.

Does Faila take back her kingdom and vanquish Andhkaara? The reader needs to read the book to find out.

“Spirit Child” is probably the type of book that would appeal to a younger audience. It is a fairly interesting and easy read. The book can be ordered from Amazon and Flipkart.

The French Lavender Essential Oil has many uses! It can be added to a hair oil, to bathing water, to laundry and of course in aroma diffusers.

Book: The Promises of LovetempImageForSave

Author: Roozan Aggarwal

Genre: Romance Fiction

Published by:

Number of pages: 167 pages

My Rating: 2.5/5

MY REVIEW: I have received a review copy of “The Promises of Love” from the author Roozan Aggarwal in exchange for an honest review.

The author has tried to depict an ideal love story in his debut book.

Siddhant and Shivyanka meet in school and become the best of friends. They part when Shivyanka’s parents admit her to another school. However, Shivyanka extracts a promise from Siddhant that he will do well in his studies.

Siddhant takes his promise to heart and starts to perform well academically. Fate decrees that the two childhood friends meet again and they now fall in love. But they face the customary hurdles in their relationship.

The two friends part again and embark on their individual paths but meet yet again.

The story revolves around Siddhant and Shivyanka’s friendship and later romance and whether they finally get their happy ending or not.

The enjoyment of the book is marred by the numerous spelling and grammatical errors in the book.

Book: Love Curry                                                        tempImageForSave

Author: Pankaj Dubey

Genre: Fiction

Published by: Penguin Books

Number of pages: 202 pages

My Rating: 4/5

BOOK SUMMARY: Three flatmates in London begin to see how different their lives are and at the same time how similar their backgrounds. When life begins to deal its rough cards, how easy things become when they are all together.

MY REVIEW: I have received a review copy of “Love Curry” by Pankaj Dubey from Vinfluencers in exchange for an honest review.

The story begins on an intriguing note with Shehzad and Zeenat in his bedroom. He hands her some money and she then proceeds to collect some money from his flatmate Ali as well. She is unable to do so from the third flatmate, Rishi.

In this manner, the reader is introduced to the three flatmates, Shehzad from Bangladesh who is a tattoo artist, Ali from Pakistan who is a chef and Rishi from India who is unable to stick to a job.

The lovely Zeenat is the daughter of the guys’ landlord Mohammad Mullah. Zeenat and Shehzad are involved in a dalliance while Ali harbours romantic feelings for her. Rishi, on the other hand, is more concerned with holding down a job, than romancing women.

The story is replete with India-Pakistan-Bangladesh rivalry and banter, particularly when a cricket match is in progress. However, the guys still cook and eat together and certainly do stand up for each other during rough times.

Zeenat’s parents decide that Ali is the ideal suitor for Zeenat and aid him in his pursuit of Zeenat. Shehzad is struggling with his own childhood demons and Rishi is determined never to return home to India. But in a strange set of circumstances, Rishi and Zeenat are brought close together.

The story is full of humour as well as twists and turns. There is a dramatic twist in the tale towards the end of the book, when all three of the guys are in pursuit of Zeenat.

The story also ends in a satisfactory fashion with loose ends being tied up and the requisite happy ending.

I recommend this book to readers as it is an entertaining, amusing and interesting story.

Price: Rs. 279 for 15 ml

My Rating: 4/5

The latest product that I have started using is Tea Tree Essential Oil by Rey Naturals. It is made out of 100% Natural Tea Tree Oil-steam distilled from the leaves of the tea tree plant.

I started using this essential oil as I was suffering from a mild but persistent dandruff problem. I added a few drops of the essential oil to my regular hair oil and applied the mixture to my hair. I washed my hair with shampoo after a couple of hours. I noticed that the dandruff had reduced considerably after just a couple of such applications.

The Tea Tree Essential Oil is a multi-purpose oil. Not only can it be used in dilution with regular hair oil if one is having a dandruff problem, if you have any spots on your skin, dilute your skin cream with a few drops of this essential oil. You can also add a few drops of this essential oil to your bath water to have a soothing bath!

Moreover, the tea tree essential oil can be used in washing machines or washing water to sanitise clothes and as an insect repellent by putting a few drops of the oil on cotton balls and placing it near areas where there are insects.

I found this product extremely useful as well as good value for money. I definitely recommend this to everyone!
